It's a nice bag, lots of compartments, you can definitely organise your stuff.

Back support seems nice for now (I tested it for about a week or so), although I would change the shoulder strap adjusters. They don't look so good, plus when you are walking and the bag is vibrating on your back from the movement, it tends to unfasten sort of speak. They don't always stay on the place you have adjusted them to be. This I think is a minus, not so small given the price and the things this product offers. Also the straps themselves are OK, they are contoured which is nice, but they are sewed to the upper part that then goes onto the bag, meaning they are not a one piece of thing that attaches straight on the bag. One more thing about the straps - it has a small compartment on the left one with a hole for earphones. It is stech-y kind of material, which is nice, but looks small, probably for smaller phones or mp3 player to put them directly on the strap of the bag.

Other than this, it has good amortisation I think, even when you lean on it while carrying it, it sort of compresses and you feel like leaning on a nice foam-like place :).

As mentioned, you can put lots of stuff in it, it is especially good that the main pocket (you have the pocket for the laptop, then the main one and then going to the front you have bunch of little ones) is very large, it fitted a sweatshirt, 2.5l water bottle, other things too, and I had space to spare :).

There is one nice pouched section in the smaller pockets for your tablet, and several little ones for earphones, pencils and other things you would put in.

The glasses pocket is really nice, protected and you have fast access to it, really works nice for me. Only thing is that the zipper is sort of hard to do, takes little time, as it sort of stucks on the angles. Maybe a little better upper part for protection and use to be done.

The side pockets also are really nice, all of them with zippers, you have marks on all btw, so for example you have one for bottles, other for laptop chargers, phones, cameras.

I like it, happy with it, with those few things missing. An addition can be maybe waterproof material, and rubberised zippers.

About the seller, they are superb, answered my questions, even gone out of the normal way to send me a different color, one I wanted. Really nice to have that kind of response and support, especially when doing offshore deliveries.

When mentioning the delivery, I had a problem because it was late. I waited additional 5 or so days to get it. There was no mobile number included, but Royal Mail and then the local company here were taking long time to do this. It was sitting on the airport in UK for few days, then went to 2 other countries until arrived here. Then I was waiting here several days, no attempt. Then I finally called around and found the company that is responsible here, and went there to get it. Again, besides the phone number not on the sticker, the companies took a very long time for this to be done, so not satisfied by them, not the seller.

Thanks and have a nice one!
